Goldsmith Art Associates maintains digital files
of artists. These files are our primary resource when working
with artists for exhibition contributions and preparing presentations
for our clients. If you would like the opportunity to be included
in our digital database, please read the following guidelines
for submissions:
SUBJECT MATTER
Although we have requests for all subject matter,
cityscapes, landscapes, seascapes and abstractions are best.
All media are acceptable. All artwork needs to be 22"x30"
and above and meet the aforementioned criteria.
IMAGE SUBMISSION
JPEG's need to be 72dpi no larger than 300 kilobytes
and measure approximately 7" to 8" across the computer
screen. Our clients respond better to a larger image. Please
consult a technologically savvy friend if you have questions
about this.
When submitting JPEGs via e-mail, please include
pricing, dimensions, medium and availability, either in the
title or in a separate document.
You can also submit JPEGs on CD via snail-mail.
Please include a page of printed thumbnails with pricing,
dimensions, medium and availability. All images need to be
together in one folder and not as separate documents. Label
and date your CD directly on the side of the disc with the
manufactures logo or make your own label. Include name, address,
telephone, e-mail address and any other relevant contact information.
Please use a word processing program that is business standard.
