Judi Singleton uses color and rhythm to express her unique
angle on life. Coming from the Original Roar group which
resisted the established art systems of the time. Roar
created a gallery and art movement, which, in effect made
lasting changes to the way artists approach galleries
and develop their own paths.
Singleton's work uses direct relationships between nature
and people to transform stories into lyrical messages.
Her use of strong color refers to the emotion. She lives
and paints on the Mornington Peninsula with her husband,
Peter Ferguson and two daughters. She has had 13 solo
shows and works on various community's and solo ceramic
mural projects.
